We’re looking for a confident, experienced Bar Supervisor to join our rooftop cocktail haven — a high-volume venue with a focus on signature drinks, elevated classics, and standout service.

• A confident leader with proven experience in high-volume cocktail venues

• Capable of managing bar operations, mentoring junior staff, and leading by example

• Calm under pressure, with sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Passionate about drinks, service, and creating a bar culture that’s both high-performing and welcoming

• Reliable, organised, and genuinely invested in the success of your team

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations during service — from prep and setup to close

• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and drink consistency across the board

• Support and guide the bar team, helping newer staff grow while keeping service smooth and efficient

• Work closely with management on ordering, stock control, and venue-wide service coordination

• Jump on the tools when needed — you're still a gun bartender at heart
